Shipping & Delivery Policy

We pack every order like it's going to our own home. Here's everything you need to know about how we get your crockery to you safely.

Processing & Dispatch
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 working days of confirmed payment. You'll receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp once your order is on its way. We don't dispatch on Sundays or public holidays.

Delivery Timelines
Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

● Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata): 3–5 working days
● Tier 2 cities and major towns: 4–6 working days
● Smaller towns, villages, and remote areas: 5–8 working days

These are estimates. Actual delivery may vary depending on your location and courier performance.

Shipping Charges

● Free shipping on all orders above ₹999
● A flat shipping fee of ₹100 applies to orders below this amount
● Charges are shown clearly at checkout before payment.

Where We Deliver
We deliver pan-India. If your PIN code falls outside our courier partner's serviceable area, we'll notify you promptly after your order is placed.

Cash on Delivery
COD is not available. All orders are prepaid. We accept UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and Wallets.

Tracking Your Order
Once dispatched, you'll get a tracking number via email or WhatsApp. Use it directly on the courier partner's website to follow your shipment in real time. Tracking typically activates within 24 hours of dispatch.

Our Packaging
Every item is individually bubble-wrapped, cushioned with foam padding, and packed in a sturdy outer box. We add fragile handling labels to every parcel. We take this seriously - crockery is delicate and we treat it that way.

Delays & Exceptions
We're not responsible for delays caused by weather, natural events, courier disruptions, strikes, or incorrect addresses. If your order is significantly delayed, contact us at thecrockeryhouse.kpt@gmail.com or 7814046807 and we'll sort it out.

Failed Deliveries
If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, the courier will attempt redelivery. After repeated failed attempts, the order may be returned to us. In that case, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment - additional shipping charges may apply.
